              Hi Susan:
              Here I am again, I am Sorry I being so busy after vacation. Well, after watching the two videos, I conclude as follow:

              Question # 20 What do you need to have in order to do step 2 in the Ten Step Tango troubleshooting procedure? My answer is: POWER P=I*E

              Question # 21 You’re troubleshooting an electric oven that isn’t heating. You disconnect one of the electrical wires to the bake element to determine which side of the bake element circuit isn’t working . You are implementing the troubleshooting strategy of? and my answer is: SPLIT THE CIRCUIT IN HALF TO DETERMINE WHICH SIDE OF THE
              BAKE ELEMENT ISN’T WORKING.

              Please let me know if I am right Susan and i appreciate your help very much.

                For #20 we mean what actual object do you need to have (either a physical copy or a digital one on your portable device)

                    I just looked back at the email I sent you on June 2nd – I had given you the answer:

                    “Yes, that step is doing the schematic overview, so obviously you need the schematic diagram for the model you are working on to do that.”
