You can browse existing threads, search for topics, OR start your own topic to get personalized help.
The search function is on the main page of the forums.
To start a topic, you simply go to the forum for the course/module that you are asking about, and scroll down until you see the “Create New Topic…” block.
It is very important to give your topic a good title so that we can clearly understand the context of your question and also to help other students find topics that they are interested in reading.
For the Core course, each forum is for a whole module, so please list the particular unit that contains the information or quiz that you have a question about. Then add a few more descriptive terms.
For example: Unit 3 – Voltage vs. Power
or Unit 6 Quiz – need help on question 8
For the other courses, you will need to list the Module and the Unit.
For example: Module 1 Unit 11 – question about Inverter Compressors
If your question or comment doesn’t pertain to a particular unit, then you can just do a descriptive title without the unit number.
Be sure to click the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” option before submitting your post!
You can also subscribe to any of the Forums if you want to be notified anytime someone posts a question. (Just go into a Forum and click “subscribe” near the title.)

But, what if i passed my exam with 100% on my first attempt?
I passed my first exam from Module 1 unit -2 on the first attempt with all 3 questions correct, but after it shows on top that it recommended 80% and you got 100%, then why it suggested me to do exam for second time. I already got 100% on my first attempt. After that I went for retake it shows “You got 3 out of 3 questions (100.00%) correct! You have now completed this unit. You have had 2 previous attempts at this quiz”.
why it shows this statement “Unfortunately you have reached the maximum limit of attempts you are permitted for this quiz”.Answer me I am, confused whether i go for further for this course with Mastersamuraitech or no ?
Thank you,

The quizzes are set to offer two attempts to the student. It is up to the student whether or not they use the second attempt. If you get a high score on your first attempt, obviously you can just move on to the next lesson. This message: “Unfortunately you have reached the maximum limit of attempts you are permitted for this quiz” is just what the people who created the course software decided to display when the maximum number of attempts have been taken by the student.
In case you need more attempts to get the score you want on a quiz, we do have a reset program, just so you know.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
