current will flow to the detector then
short is when a short occurs in a series circuit, it means there is zero resistance across an electrical source\
shunt – a short can be added to part of the series circuit to bypass one or more of the loads in the circuit. manufacturers can design this shunt into a circuitcurrent electrons that are pushed by electrical pressure in directed manner from atom to atom
a closed circuit need electricity in order to flow.
I choose main because The main is calling for electron
Would both then because if the switch was open then it will only go to the main
Main coil
the ignitor is control by the booster
the booster coil =120v
the safety coil= 120v
the main coil= 120v unless is zero because the detector is closed1. the ignitor is control by the booster
2. the booster coil =120v
3. the safety coil= 120v
4. the main coil= 120v unless is zero because the detector is closedthe zen trick is
become the load= 120v
what’s on your left hand= L1
what’s on your right hand= N0 (wrt N) let us know there was an open fault further up the line somewhere.
in figure 2 a has not having power to A
The load (element) is not doing any work, since there is no current going through it. But it does have continuity, so it is just functioning like wire in the circuit and allowing the presence of L2 voltage to be felt until we get to the open switch.
i didnt know there was a second page until now
this is what you ask ) Figure 1 first:
What does the zero voltage reading across the element (meter reading 1) tell us? (my response is there no current flowing through
What would you expect to read here if the circuit were working properly? ) 240 -
