A fuse is a switch which doesn’t do work so there is no voltage drop across it right? Disregard my other answer unless I am wrong here but I believe I am right
Yes if the light is on the fuse is doing work
In the event that a circuit gets to much current a fuse is suppose to open the circuit and break the current flow
The function of the fuse would be a load
