Oh my goodness a golden opportunity to get this strait and I will not be available today. Oh please may I have a rain check for tomorrow or anytime of your choosing? I have some things I must get taken care of. I don’t have but another hour or so then I have to get. And I’m involved at the moment. Please and thank you. Name any time tomorrow or when ever what ever day and I will make time! I will be back after 6:30 today anyhow. But that may be to late for you.

You have no idea how much I appreciate it!

I don’t know Scott. Says pulses here?..

The VMW Vertical Modular Washer represents several familiar features from prior designs. It
utilizes and improves on the best systems from prior Whirlpool top load automatic washer designs
and integrates them into this new design.
    DRIVE SYSTEM
Motor – Bi-directional PSC (Permanent Split Capacitor) 120VAC. Agitation and variable
spin speeds are accomplished by applying power in pulses.
Transmission – The transmission is a non-serviceable belt driven component.
    – Inner shaft top splines connect to the agitator.
    – Bottom splines connect to the splutch pulley.
    – Outer shafts top splines connect to the basket.
    – Bottom splines connect to the inner splines of the splutch cam

Lost internet this morning. Just got it back on. Maybe I’m missing something in the mechanics of the VMW gear case. I could have almost sworn that motor was changing direction so slick like in agitation. I did watch last night my teacher. PSC all the way at the end of the video and I come up
    empty. I’m still studying…

They seem to be using a PSC on the VMWs? Whirlpool Modular Washer? They seem to run so smooth. Sounds and functions to me so much like A BLDC motor in operation? This thing is AC? How’s that pulsed from the board? I see triacs. I must be really missing something big time somewhere.

Second video. Refrigerator Repair Not Cooling. ( Defrost System )

Sorry. I figured you would know right off the top of your head.

He sprays something on the bi metal defrost termination switch. The one used now for backing up the thermistor. He has like a cleaning spray bottle and sprays something on it that’s got to be cold. What is in that bottle?

Learning a lot man. Thank you so much.

O.K. Thank you for clearing that up. I should have asked before smashing two calculators.
