Greetings Team Samurai,
I am writing to ask a favor of sorts. I would like to request a reset on Module 3, Unit 1 Quiz. I got a good grade but this is more to correct stupidity. I went back and reviewed what I got wrong but when I did the retake, I got pulled away by a somewhat disgusting issue and when I came back, I marked the same wrong answer a second time. Would like a chance to redeem my personal embarrassment if you are so inclined. Thank you for your consideration whatever you decide.Darren

Seasons Greetings Team Samurai..someone you are quite familiar with has another question. When I complete a quiz or exam and the correct answers come back, I noticed the “Download Results” button in the score box. What does this do? I have never clicked on it but am I supposed to..? Appreciate your help…thxDarren

I think it would be a good thing to do. Probably would keep things simple for folks. In line with the Advanced Troubleshooting Crse too. I appreciate the feedback as always.Thanks,

I was just doing a little browsing and I fell into the Browse New Courses tab. I saw Advanced Refrigerator Repair, Advanced Oven and Range Repair, and Advanced Washer and Dryer Repair. This begs the question, are these new courses or just different nomenclature for the courses I’m currently going through…??? Appreciate your feedback as always.Thanks,

Time for another question..I just finished up the video in Module 4, Unit 1 on Troubleshooting The Whirlpool Modular Ice Maker with Optical Controls and I got a tad confused. At the 2:45 mark, Scott states that with the ice maker remounted BACK in the cabinet, there are a couple ways to proceed. The first way is to close the door which let’s the optics relay reset. Or, you can emulate this by closing the flapper, being sure NOT to block the beam. Which door is Scott referring to when he said to close the door which let’s the optics relay reset? I ask only because he seems to be pointing to the flapper door when he said that. Thanks for helping me out.Darren
