    Here I am again, I am Sorry I being so busy after vacation. Well, after watching the two videos, I conclude as follow:

    Question # 20 What do you need to have in order to do step 2 in the Ten Step Tango troubleshooting procedure? My answer is: POWER P=I*E

    Question # 21 You’re troubleshooting an electric oven that isn’t heating. You disconnect one of the electrical wires to the bake element to determine which side of the bake element circuit isn’t working . You are implementing the troubleshooting strategy of? and my answer is: SPLIT THE CIRCUIT IN HALF TO DETERMINE WHICH SIDE OF THE
    BAKE ELEMENT ISN’T WORKING.

    Please let me know if I am right Susan and i appreciate your help very much.

    Hi Susan:
    Please assist me with question #9 and let me know if I’m going right or wrong.
    In figure #1, even when the circuit has continuity there is no voltage drop and no current to flow obviously.
    and in the figure #2 It has the potential for current to flow but not enough and that’s why it has only 120 volts.

    Okay I rewatch the two videos of the unit 4
    Lets see if I am right. The #1 decrease, the #2 No Change, the #3 no change and the #4 decrese right Susan? Thank you again for your assistance.
