what would happen if both plates in the scenario stated above (human floating) are 240VAC BUT L1 and L2 are synchronized together instead of 180 degrees off? I guess it couldn’t be 240 since there wouldn’t be a net difference and it would be the same as 120VAC on both sides or EEP? Or would this not work because there is now no neutral?
