I tried logging out of google and did a shut down. Still didn’t work so I tried with Safari and it works no problem. FYI – About a month ago we got a new computer. I remember on our old one (both macs) I had signed up to take the free trial unit and the same thing was actually happening. Anyway no worries here. It works on safari and everything else is going smoothly. Thanks for the responses, look forward to meeting you guys at some point.
