Hi all: not sure where to post this, my sis had an experience with this repairman, Ive some information id like to run down with anyone who’d like to comment. Involves a Whirlpool side by side Model ??? the problem was an exposed electrical connection between the door and main body of the unit at the lower right hand side which was worn through broken and ended up totaling out the entire unit, he had suggesting ordering an entire right hand side door which was half or more so than the cost of the appliance. It was believed the electrical connection was worn thru from door opening and closing. Could this be true. thks.
