ok i see,i got your point
    thanks

1.If you saw this on a schematic that you were using on a service call, where you go to get more info on that component? Is this an AC or DC motor? what do fans do? What would you speculate that this fan might be for?
this fan is fed by vdc as i seems ,fans job is to cool down stuff ,ventilate, circulat heat etc.. ut i dont understand what afan of any kind has got to do with a washing machin
    4. By this point, you should be able to read the circuit and see what load that cycle signal line connects to (the dotted line means it’s optional equipment that may or may not be present on the model you’re working on). What load is that circuit powering?

as it seems, it dosent conected to any load,if switch 12B IS CLOSED then its conected to line voltage on one side and its bottom line goes to the door lamp but it desoent make sense to me,i have a hard time to interpret those little black squars junctions with this / \
,this schematic is weirdly drawn i realy dont know, please help me

5.Don’t know without pulling the full tech sheet. In general, wax motors are used to actuate switches. The fact that this wax motor is parallel to the drain pump leads me to conclude that this wax motor is somehow used in the drain circuit. Question for you: Is the wax motor involved in the variable speed drive system, which is the point of this video?
if B14 switch iS closed THEN YES since its conected to 1switch of th timer,m i right?
im realy hard put to figur out this schematic
i can easyly read other schematic thanks to you, but this specific one looks weird,i would be glad if you could help me with figuring out this schematic
    6. most importantly is, in case the noise filter is broken down and or out of kilter what problem or symptoms would it cause to the machin? how will a broken noise filter manifest itself?

ho almost forgot at the same timestamp over the bldc motor there is a little triangle facing down with number 4 beside it, what does it represent?

hi me again i have several questions
1.on your first video at 19:20 on the right end of the schematic there is an component called out as OVERNIGHT READY FAN,whats its function?
2.at the same timestamp how can i tell if the inverter board is a whol unit withe the main control board wereas its shown as separate? what are the dead giveaway that the inverter board and main control is a whole unit?
3.why does the hall sensor itself not show on the schematic just like on other schematics but rather only the conections between the inverter to the main board?
4.on you fisrst video at 21:40 minutes the is a dashed line named cycle signal whats it function?and why does the machin needs to have it?
just in the middle of this dashed line there is a little squar with a flap, lying next to the timer motor what its fuction?
5.near the drain pump to its left is a PTC WAX MOTOR what its fuction? furthermore below the presure switch to the right there is a WAX MOTOR SWITCH that as i suppose, actuates the above mentioned wax motor

i see,and in case this noise filter is broken down and or out of kilter what problem or symptoms would it cause to the machin? how will a broken noise filter manifest itself?

in reply to: module 3 unit 5 #24583

ok i got it, thanks alot

in reply to: module 3 unit 6 #24582

yep you just right, retangle,if you look there is a rectangle with p2 letters near the buzzer on its left
furthermore, i looked through the timer chart and contrasted both coloumns of spin and ther is no deference in the closed switchs theyr all the same.
as for the pop quiz, these rectangles are switches

in reply to: module 3 unit 5 #24573

    OK I SEE
but its also written that suds in the drain hose can send the message to the board that there is still water in the machine, thus canceling the spin cycle and leaving the clothes wet.
how can the drain hose send a massage to the board?
secondly why would the pcb call off the spin leaving the clothes wet in this case,it stands to reason that if it sends a massage to the pcb about water being present in the tub the pcb ought to do the revers, and keep spining until no water left

the above question is refering to you last answer on #24553 So for the door switch in the first video, you would measure a small DC voltage across it when it’s open. For the door lock switch, you would read line voltage across it when it’s open.

in reply to: module 3 unit 4 #24570

so if im able to measure line voltage when the door lock switch is open that means that MOTOR CONTROL UNIT in this case would act like a wire creating a path back to the lock switch.m i correct?

in reply to: module 3 unit 6 #24569

sorry for typing in the wrong unit
i meant unit 5 ,i reposted the questions under the appropriate unit

in reply to: module 3 unit 4 #24554

    I SEE,
so on you first video at 5:58 minutes your showing check points
pin 3 to 4 goes to the locking solenoid, pin 6 to 4 goes to the unlocking solenoid
but pin 1 to 2 goes to where?what does it energize and why its using 12vdc rather than 5vdc?
2.your first video at 8:00 minutes showing a diagram and just below the lid switch there is a little circle pointing a dashed line towards the lock switch what its function ? ther is also a writing SINGLE 40 MS PULSE TO LATCH OR UNLATCH,beneath it to the left what does it mean?
also on J15 CON PiN 2 there is a line tiped with an arrow pointing at a piece of writing LID SWITCH INPUT,is it a signal line to the board letting it know when the door is closed? if so,as i gather from the diagram it send ac voltage(but the NEUTRAL SIDE RATHER THAN LINE) to pcb in order for the pcb to sense if the door i closed or open, m i correct? meaning when the lid switch is closed the pcb will sense that ac neutal , is it even possible to sense neutral?i guess it is since its an alternating current traveling back a forth

in reply to: module 3 unit 4 #24548

    ME AGAIN,
as regerds the door switch and door lock,as i undertood when you select a cycle the door switch tell the pcb the the door is closed and once the main pcb sense that the door is closed it energizes the solenoid and lock the and when the cycle is over it enrgizes the unlock coil so we can open the door mi i right?
same deal with the lid switch?
having gone through all the videos in this a few times unit and i still realy dont understand how i actualy check the lid lock/door lock? please can you explain to me in more detail how to test them?

in reply to: module 3 unit 4 #24547

and last,on the 5th vid lesson on the schematic on the top left just below the BLDC motor there is a little circle with the letter T inside it what does it represent?

in reply to: module 3 unit 4 #24546

on your 5th vid lesson on the schematic there seems to be an overload on the right side of the drain pump m i right? if so,why does it need to have an overload for?is there such a thing as a drain pump with an overload or my interpertaion of that symbole is wrong?
secondly you mentioned that after we verify with a voltage test the the traic is indded good we can ohm out both the drain pump and the inlet valve, wouldent a volt test be preferable over the ohms test (as ohms test lie)? can we enter the service mode and carry out unit opertion and check for 120vac to the pump or inlet valve cant we?
thirdly if we have 0v across VCH7,3 and VCH7,1 it still dosent mean we have a bad inlet valve but if we do have 120v across the above mentioned and at the same time the valve isent operting it then means we should supect the and make a continuity test m i correct?
