    oh i see,
so if my cloths come out dirty i may suspect the recirc pump as one of the culprits, right? since if the circ pump dosent do its job reciculating the water it will probably affect the washing, resualting in dirty or partly soiled cloths, m i right?

    ok got it

im asking this as we always need to measure the frequency wrt something in order to find out and establish whether or not our measument is good(in spec)

on your 3th lesson video at 3:20 your presenting another frequency vs inches of water. no seetings at all which makes it even more baffling to me,since if i want to measure the frequency with my fluk meter what setting should i choose if i dont have any setting on the table to sellect from and make a comparison,i mean a spesifice frequency at a specifice setting?
in thise case how m i suppossed to check for a correct frequency at a specifice setting with
my meter? even the EMPTY setting is not there

    alright
    thanks

    i see
but these settings STEAM RESET,STAEM SET, FOAM RESET,FOAM SET MAIN SET etc.. what are those ?
are those the settings imprinted on the machine ?
and for example lets take the main set/2.85″/41.71 Hz i know my frequency but why should i know the inches if im not gonne measure the hight of the water anyway?
how do i use these settings?

    i see
so if the user choose one of the options found around this knob do he still have to set the temp by the temp knob on the right or this scheme selector set the tempeture according to the plan chosen? in other words if i use this knob to select a plan i dont need to use the temp knob, right?

excuse me ,i meant your second video lesson

    hi samurai
on your first video lesson at 15:20 minutes you mentioned that the brushless dc motor it a type of a synchronous motor, does it mean the rotor spins at some exact whole number multiple of frequency generated by the inverter? (just as the synchronous does with the power supply frequency of the stator)
2.if i were to measure the frequencies produced by the inverter what frequencies would i expect to see? (im hypotheticaly asking in order to get an idea as for the frequancy and speed relationship)

in addition, the answer of question 26 there is a typo i meant a FUSE CANT have a voltage drop and by accident I typed CAN

    HI SUSAN
i were not in time to answer the last few questions again as i was busy elaborating too much in my answers wasting time i think i exagerated a bit with the varbiage, and i hands down know the correct answers to those remaining missed questions what will i do now?

    hi susan
please dont grad my final exam part 2 yet,as i had some interuptions and distractions during the exam,i didnt manage to answer all the questions and complete it,im asking you to reset and let me sit through the exam again,i want to start over since i dont want the part 2 exam to ravage my splendid total score.

    ho i see
    thanks

    hi samurai
as i understood a synchronous motor dosent have a start winding which is out of phaze with the main winding so what gives them the torque required to rotate the rotor?
secondly, they have a rotation period that is equal to a whole number multiple of the ac power frequency so how come the unlike poles dosent line up causing the rotor to stop spining? since they dont have slip like the asynchronous motor the unlike poles can longer chase each other
thirdly how can i test them with my multimeter?

in reply to: module 6 unit 5 #24284

    yep.
you can start at 7:10 minutes or even 25:10
they lie right after switch 11 that that you were marking red.
they look like all the other switches of the timer exepct they are labeled with letters A,B,C
