No there wouldn’t be any current flowing at all because in a series circuit if there’s a open it creates infinite resistance so no current.

I know what the answer is. If the bulb burns out then that creates a open. that being said current can’t past anymore the other bulb.it will not be able to get power.
That would create a open in circuit.
