YOu dont have voltage difference across it. But what if the hi limit is right in between the heating element and L2, like in this schematic here? Hi limit is wired in series with the dual heating element, connected to the centrifugal switch and go to L2.
Last video. There’s a triac located in the L line of the Hot and cold water valve. The Neutral line of these water valve is fed through the Drain Pump. SO if the Drain pump is bad, why would you get 0vac at VCH7.1 wrt to VCH7.3?

At minute 13:44, Scott said that if we get 120v between Connect 5- Pin2 and COnnector 7-pin3. Can you explain why it was good to measure 120v? I thought getting 120v there means there is an open, and getting 0v means there’s continuity?
Thanks. I got a question about EEP. How do i identify which points are EEP and which points are not? Can every point on a schematic be EEP because they’re convenient points used to test components on a machine?
