    Hello Mrs. Brown,

    I reviewed that portion of the video and realized quickly the error of my thinking. Being that it was a series circuit with an open break there would be no current at all, and therefore, no work possible. Perhaps the ammeter threw me off or perhaps my mind was thinking parallel.

    In regards to the voltage drop and question explanation, if I understand this correctly, all loads will not operate at peak efficiency in a circuit with multiple loads? And, if this question is correct, the PIE formula in Ohms Law is the mathematical reason why? This makes common sense to me, even before I started the course. However, I am the student, and want to make sure I am not making assumptions. It seems we will learn more about voltage drop in future modules.
