Sorry I can’t make it to any training that takes place in the evening as I work from 3pm till 11pm. I will just try to look thru whatever I can find that relates to the questions. Thank you.

Still don’t know, maybe I am interpreting the picture wrong or something. I know how to calculate all the voltage drops in a series and parallel circuits, so I think its just something simple I’m not seeing. Thanks for your help, I will figure it out at some point.

    60v each.

I think I got that Voltage drives current. I get that there has to be voltage present and a good circuit for current to flow. In the element question there was no change in voltage to the convection element. Maybe I am just missing what is being asked in the question. If the Convection element has good voltage and is working that means there is current flowing thru it. If current is flowing and then a diode fails, would that not break the circuit? If the circuit is broken then current will not flow therefore, would that not be a decrease in current?

I understand that there are loads and switches, I understand that loads do work physical work and switches do not. The dryer circuit is showing the ignitor glowing, therefore its doing work and that means there is voltage drop on the ignitor. Once again, maybe I am missing something simple about the question, but if the coils are doing work, how can voltage drop be calculated without any resistance values shown?
