Hi I am sorry Mrs Brown for referring to you as mister. I didn’t know you would answer. The question pertains to Module 1 Unit 8 of the refrigeration course. The specific question is #10 on the exam. The question that I have Is if you have two or more thermistors within the same machine and obviously the same brand will one be used in the freezer and another used in the fresh food. Or are each thermistor different. I realize if not within the same brand then they would be different But within the same brand are they??

Mr Brown. One of the questions on refrigerator repair test was concerning using a GE thermistor on a Samsung machine. That is a good question but looking at a resistance table should answer that one. If a machine has two thermistors is each one different within the same brand machine???? Thanks.
