Thank you I did figure out my mistake and where I was wrong in two areas, I was reading across point 13 and 9, instead of 13 and 7. I also was not completing the final division step of the equation.
After checking out the links and going back and re-checking the problem it makes sense :Req = 1/ 1/58 + 1/320 .02036638 = 49ohms
