Ok i watch some videos…..
To answer the EEP question for L-2 . The test would be the other side of the either element, L-2 side and P2-6.
To test for an open or short using ohms….that is how I am interpreting EEPs.
Is that correct.?

Looking at the diagram no it does not isolate the element……I’m just unsure that if i were to test on either side of the element that that would be EEPs….due to phase difference with L-1 and L-2….I think I’m in left field 🧐
