Hello there, I was having the same problem with question #10. I get it now. Would I be able to get a reset.
Also, while I was answering this question I was wondering if there was anyway the control board got bad info from flame sensor so it kept sparking. That’s why I thought board. Is this thought way off?

Hello Susan, I guess I had the same problem as Cynthia understanding the question. So just to be sure, if I had picked a temperature between 8F and 17F I would have been correct, instead of picking one outside of this range as I thought that what the question was asking?
Also, if I do understand it now would you be so kind as to allow me to rewrite the quiz?
