For question 1 of question 9. Is it bettter if I was to say. Theres no power across L1 asnd L2 but there is 120vac from L1 to neutral and also 120vac from L2 to nuetral and you may be getting that reading from just one line.

And to answer your question i would say no they do not need to go threw the main if it is shunted.

So technically there are only three loads if the 4th is shunted. And there all parallels in the eyes of an electron? Im going to say that the answer then would be [answer hidden]
